Partnering, Teaming and Mentoring
Red Hill Software plays many different roles on the projects in which they participate. Our goal is simply to deliver the best solution for our clients. Often, this can best be accomplished by working with partners that bring specific skills to the project. We are just as comfortable acting as the prime contractor and project manager as we are playing a role as a member of a larger team.
Some clients want a "hands off" solution, where they do not have to make the investment required to provide ongoing support. Others want help in implementing a solution, but want to own the support and future development. We are prepared for all possible scenarios and are ready to provide ongoing support for existing solutions as well as technical mentoring and knowledge transfer. We understand that our success is driven by the ongoing success of our clients and the solutions we deliver to them.
